Delivery Locations

We offer island-wide delivery for all our products.

Delivery Address

When placing the order, make sure that to enter the correct address and contact details. Also, select the correct ‘district/area’ from the dropdown menu based on which the delivery cost is calculated.

If any disparity is found between the address you entered and the district/area selected, then we reserve the right to take corrective actions and the delivery charges will be changed accordingly. In such a situation, the customer will be notified beforehand.

Delivery Time

We do our best to deliver the items as fast as possible we can. Please find the estimated delivery times based on the location,

  • Colombo – Within 5 working days
  • Outstation – Within 7 working days

These are estimated time frames and it may subject to change.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on the location.

  • Colombo District – 300
  • Other Districts – 400

Delivery Partner

Our delivery partner is Koombiyo Delivery.

Tracking

You can track the location of the item(s) by visiting Simplex website and entering the tracking number provided.

Receiving the Item(s)

Our delivery partner will contact you before the delivery. Make sure to sign on the ‘Proof of Delivery (POD)’ provided and keep your copy safe.

Cash on Delivery

We do not accept credit cards for COD orders. It is your responsibility to keep the order amount ready to avoid any inconveniences.

Return Policy

Conditions for Returns

  • If you wish to return any item you ordered, then you must inform us within 1 working day after receiving it with the reason for the return.
  • After receiving the return request, you must make sure that we receive the product within 5 days. You can visit our office and hand it over to us or send it through a courier service.
  • We only accept returns only if they are in original condition which means unused and without any flaws. If the returned product is found to be an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
  • The product must include the original tags, accessories and freebies received along with the order.
  • You must make sure that you do the packaging as you have received the item(s).
  • The delivery charges must be borne by the customer.
  • Refund will only be issued for the cost of product excluding the initial delivery charge.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order then you must inform us either by calling (076 96 76 796) or emailing ([email protected]) before the package is dispatched from our office for delivery.
